Securus Technologies – Release of Investigator Pro
Securus Technologies Inc. Introduces Latest Investigative Technology
Securus Technologies Inc. introduced JLG Technologies Investigative Pro, the first software offered in the correctional industry with voice search features, on September 7th, 2016. Investigative Pro is a new tool investigators and detectives are able to use to search for second party or inmate voice sampling in telephone conversations. Its development takes biometric technology to the next level in solving cases and preventing crimes.
Investigative Pro has great analytical features, including voice identification, group tagging voice detection, three-way call detection, case management apparatuses, and administrative reporting. The searchable voice feature tracks an inmate’s voice by PIN data, identification, and sound of voice. When searchable voice is integrated with logical features, it becomes a powerful system for detectives and investigators.
The benefits of Investigative Pro consist of saving correctional investigative departments time and money. The time it takes an investigator to listen to hours of call recordings can be reduced dramatically. Hours used to listen to phone calls can now be applied productively in performing other tasks.
